WARRINGTON, PA — A 23-year-old Warrington resident, Daniel Kevin Healey Jr., faces serious allegations following an investigation initiated by a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Healey is alleged to have funded the sexual exploitation of four children overseas.

The Warrington Township Police Criminal Investigation Division received the Cybertip on October 4, 2023. The tip suggested that a Pennsylvania resident, later identified as Daniel Kevin Healey Jr., had been sending money to a couple abroad who were allegedly sexually exploiting their own children via livestream.

In response to the tip, a search warrant was executed on Healey’s cellular telephone. The search allegedly led to the discovery of more than 500 files of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

On January 5, 2024, Healey turned himself into Warrington Police Detectives. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Stacy Wertman and subsequently released on $100,000 unsecured bail.

The Warrington Township Police Department expressed gratitude to several agencies for their assistance in the investigation, including Homeland Security Investigations, Bucks County Detectives, Warwick Township Police Department, and the FBI’s Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory.

As the investigation continues, the police department emphasizes that an arrest, a criminal complaint, or the release of information does not imply guilt. Every individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Further, the department noted that information related to the case may change as more details emerge.
