KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — This week marks the launch of nationwide voting for ImageFIRST’s 4th Annual HeroesFIRST Contest, an initiative that celebrates healthcare professionals who go above and beyond to improve the patient experience. After receiving numerous nominations filled with inspiring stories, ImageFIRST’s HeroesFIRST panel faced the challenging task of selecting just 20 finalists. The public can now vote for their favorite healthcare hero until October 4, 2024, at heroes.imagefirst.com.
ImageFIRST, a recognized leader in enhancing patient experiences, is dedicated to acknowledging those in the healthcare field who show exceptional commitment, even in challenging times. “Healthcare professionals show us what true dedication looks like every day,” states Edward H. Orzetti, CEO of ImageFIRST. “Through HeroesFIRST, we have the opportunity to shine a light on these unsung heroes and celebrate their remarkable contributions. We are honored to recognize their tireless efforts and the positive impact they have on their patients and communities.”
The ImageFIRST Service Team submitted hundreds of nominations, and the list has been narrowed to 20 exceptional individuals. These finalists are now spotlighted on the contest website, where the public is encouraged to vote.

After the voting period concludes, the top eight heroes—four from each coast with the most votes—will be awarded prizes totaling $16,500 as a testament to their outstanding contributions to patient care.
