BALA CYNWYD, PA — VMG Health has acquired Veralon, a recognized leader in healthcare strategy, valuation, provider compensation, and governance education. The acquisition, effective as of December 31, 2024, enhances VMG Health’s expertise and expands its presence in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern U.S. markets, particularly in Philadelphia and New York.
The move aligns with VMG Health’s ongoing goal to help healthcare organizations achieve superior business performance. Veralon, with over 30 years of industry experience, brings added depth to VMG Health’s advisory capabilities, particularly in value-based care and board governance education solutions.
