Utility Work to Close Eastbound Little Road in Lower Frederick Township

LOWER FREDERICK TWP, PA — Utility construction on eastbound Little Road in Lower Frederick Township, Montgomery County, will necessitate a temporary road closure and detour beginning Monday, February 17, through Friday, February 21. The work, conducted by Prestige Property Partners LLC under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit, will take place from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day.

During this period, eastbound Little Road will be closed between Route 29 (Gravel Pike) and Simmons Road. Motorists traveling through the area will be directed to use a detour via Route 29 (Gravel Pike), Route 73 (Big Road), and Perkiomenville Road. Local access to properties near the work zone will be maintained.

Drivers are advised to plan additional time in their schedules when navigating near the construction site, as traffic backups and delays are expected. The schedule for this work remains weather dependent.
