Urban Engineers Promotes Key Leaders to Enhance Organizational Growth

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Urban Engineers, Inc. has announced two significant promotions within its leadership team. Jeanne Cotter, CQE, CQA, has been elevated to Vice President of Organizational and Process Development, while Edward C. Fronczkiewicz, Jr., Esq., takes on the role of Senior Vice President, General Counsel.

CEO Pat McCormick expressed confidence in the newly appointed leaders, stating, “During their tenure at Urban Engineers, Jeanne and Ed have shown the highest levels of professional accomplishment and dedication to developing and protecting the interests of our clients.” He highlighted that their advancement reflects the company’s commitment to employee development and ownership.

Jeanne Cotter, who joined Urban Engineers in 2020, will leverage her expertise in quality management and technical operations to unify business practices, focusing on integrating Human Resources and the Training Institute. “I’m excited to help lead the organization to further staff development and to optimize and integrate administrative and operational processes, all to create value and synergies within Urban Engineers,” Cotter remarked.

With over three decades of experience, Jeanne has been instrumental in improving processes and building effective practices. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Point Park University. Her professional credentials include Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor designations from the American Society for Quality.

Edward Fronczkiewicz, who has been with Urban Engineers since 2016 as General Counsel, will now also spearhead the company’s Risk Management initiatives and oversee the Insurance and IT departments. “It is a privilege to be named Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Urban Engineers, Inc., which has been my home for over 17 years,” Fronczkiewicz said. He emphasized his commitment to navigating the legal and IT complexities as the organization continues to expand.

Ed, a native of New Jersey, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rider University and a Juris Doctor from Widener University-Delaware Law School. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is active in various professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Both Jeanne Cotter and Edward Fronczkiewicz will continue their efforts from Urban Engineers’ Philadelphia office, driving forward the company’s mission with strategic foresight and integrity.
