The course aims to equip participants with the knowledge necessary to develop effective zoning ordinances, utilizing the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC) as a foundational guide. The registration fee is set at $110, with a discounted rate of $90 available for officials and staff from municipalities holding a current planning assistance contract with the Montgomery County Planning Commission.
