Upcoming Inspection of Lausch Road Bridge Over Route 222

EAST COCALICO TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced plans to inspect the Lausch Road bridge over Route 222 in East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, next week. This crucial inspection ensures the integrity of the bridge, which is strategically located just south of the Denver/PA Turnpike Exit.

Weather permitting, the inspection will occur from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Monday, August 19, and Tuesday, August 20. On Monday, southbound Route 222 will experience alternating left and right lane restrictions. On Tuesday, the same pattern will apply to northbound Route 222.
