The company’s Digital Workplace Solutions global service delivery team earned recognition for its innovative technology and personalized service, which have consistently enhanced client experiences.
Unisys was also a finalist in three other categories at the ECCCSA, including “Best Customer Service Team,” “Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year,” and “Best Cross-Functional Collaboration.”
