LANSDALE, PA — Union Bay Acquisition LLC has completed the acquisition of Loyalhanna Insurance Group, based in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. While the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the transaction marks Union Bay’s sixteenth acquisition and its seventh in Pennsylvania.
Tim Fennell, owner of Loyalhanna Insurance Group, expressed confidence in the decision. “Loyalhanna Insurance Group made a good choice combining with Union Bay,” he said. “We are confident that this transaction with Union Bay will benefit all of our stakeholders – both our insureds and our insurance company partners.”
Douglas M.
