PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that essential bridge inspections will occur next week on both the Interstate 95 Girard Point Bridge and I-676 (Vine Street Expressway).

On October 28, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, motorists can expect alternating moving lane closures in both directions on the Vine Street Expressway, spanning from the I-76 to the Broad Street interchanges. Additionally, on October 30, a moving lane closure is slated on the southbound deck of the I-95 Girard Point Bridge from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM.
