KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Radial, Inc. has named Tom Schmitt as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective March 17, 2025. Schmitt, a veteran in the logistics and supply chain sector, assumes leadership with a focus on driving Radial’s growth and advancing its capabilities in eCommerce fulfillment for mid-market and enterprise brands.
With over 20 years of executive experience, Schmitt has held key leadership roles at prominent logistics organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Nikola Corporation, specializing in zero-emission transportation solutions. Previously, Schmitt was CCO and a member of the Management Board at Schenker, where he achieved €1 billion in annual growth. He also held CEO roles at FedEx Supply Chain and Purolator, overseeing supply chain and logistics innovations while delivering operational efficiencies. His career spans pivotal positions at global companies, including FedEx Solutions, where he developed custom supply chain strategies for enterprise clients.

Schmitt’s influence extends beyond executive leadership, having served on the boards of prominent logistics organizations, including Ferguson plc and Dicom Transportation Group. His expertise in eCommerce logistics, supply chain optimization, and commercial strategy positions him as a key player in enhancing Radial’s operational efficiency and scalability.
