COLLEGEVILLE, PAToll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL) has announced its latest luxury home development, Boxwood, an exclusive community of just 10 single-family homes located in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. The neighborhood, situated at 56 W. 7th Avenue, is slated to open for sales in late spring 2025, with home prices starting at $1.2 million.
