Tinicum Township Police Arrest Man on Contempt Charge, Bail Set to $200,000

PIPERSVILLE, PA — The Tinicum Township Police Department arrested 44-year-old Nicholas Harding on Thursday, January 11, 2024. Harding was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge Gary Gambardella.

The charges brought against Harding include one count of contempt for violation of an order, specifically relating to a Protection from Abuse (PFA) violation. Following his arraignment, Harding was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility as he failed to post 10% of the set $200,000 bail.

It remains important to note that an arrest or a criminal complaint does not amount to a declaration of guilt. All suspects, including Harding, are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
