COLUMBIA, PA — A man from Houston, Texas, has been charged with defiant trespass following an incident in Columbia Borough, Pennsylvania, according to local law enforcement.
The Columbia Borough Police Department reported that at approximately 10:40 AM on January 11, 2024, 46-year-old Rolando Ruiz-Roman allegedly entered a building in the 400 block of Union Street from which he had previously been barred.
In the wake of the incident, charges have been filed against Ruiz-Roman by an officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department.
