BALA CYNWYD, PA — Terravet Real Estate Solutions has announced the opening of a new 31,000-square-foot Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Roseville, California. This project involved converting a former furniture store, with a total investment of $14.5 million alongside Ethos Veterinary Health.

The new Veterinary Specialty Hospital Roseville, operated by Ethos Veterinary Health, offers a significant upgrade from its previous location at Atlantic Street Pet Emergency Center. The old 4,300-square-foot facility had limited parking, making visits challenging for pet owners. The new hospital features ample parking and modern amenities, enhancing service for local pet owners.

Daniel Eisenstadt, CEO of Terravet Real Estate Solutions, highlighted the transformation: “Transforming this underutilized vacant space into Veterinary Specialty Hospital Roseville is a testament to Terravet Real Estate Solutions’ commitment to redefining pet healthcare infrastructure through collaboration with leading veterinary partners. By investing in modern, accessible facilities, we’re meeting the community’s needs and setting a new standard for veterinary care excellence nationwide.”

The hospital is a 24-hour emergency and specialty facility, staffed by experienced veterinarians and technicians trained in emergency medicine. It provides comprehensive services such as emergency care, surgery, internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, and wildlife rescue support.

Nicole Orlando, Hospital Director at Ethos Veterinary Health, expressed the project’s importance: “Our new hospital represents a pivotal advancement in veterinary medicine for our region. With expanded facilities and cutting-edge technology, we are now even better equipped to deliver superior emergency and specialty care, ensuring that more pets receive the highest standard of treatment and compassion.”

This facility is part of Terravet’s Fund III, which now counts over 100 properties in its portfolio. Across its Fund and REIT entities, Terravet owns more than 1.4 million square feet of real estate in over 35 states.
