BRISTOL TWP, PA — PECO Energy announced utility construction on State Road in Bristol Township, Bucks County, beginning Tuesday, May 28.
From Tuesday, May 28, through Friday, May 31, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane closures with flagging are scheduled between Cedar Avenue and Wyoming Avenue.
Starting Monday, June 3, through Tuesday, September 3, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, State Road will be closed on weekdays between Cedar Avenue and Wyoming Avenue. Motorists will be directed to use Cedar Avenue, River Road, and State Road as detours. Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.
Drivers should plan for extra travel time as traffic backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities depend on the weather.
PECO Energy will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
