WARMINSTER, PA — Signature Systems, Inc. (SSI) has unveiled its latest software upgrade, the Multi-Revenue Center Update (3.5.383), aimed at transforming how hospitality and gaming facilities operate. This update introduces a suite of advanced features designed to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations for businesses with multiple food and beverage outlets.

One of the standout features is wireless order and payment functionality. Guests at locations such as slot machines, gaming tables, or sportsbooks can now place and pay for orders without leaving their seats. Staff can manage orders across multiple venues within the facility using wireless POS tablets, enabling seamless service delivery across all outlets.

The update also introduces virtual table functionality, designed to improve flexibility and efficiency. This feature lets staff create or transfer guest tabs for customers who move between locations, such as from a sportsbook to a bar, without requiring tab closures or new account setups.

“The gaming industry is modernizing, using data and technology to enhance the guest experience and drive retention,” said John White, Executive Vice President and CIO of Signature Systems, Inc. “We’re modernizing alongside them. With this software update, casinos and gaming facilities can break operational barriers by enabling multi-revenue center access, all from a single POS system. It enhances guest enjoyment and helps operators maximize hardware efficiency.”

Also included is the SMS Waitlist feature, which allows hosts to quickly manage waitlists and notify guests via text message when their tables are ready. This eliminates the need for additional notification devices or costly subscriptions, offering facilities a streamlined and cost-effective solution.
