Sharon Greelish Cody Appointed as Director of Advancement at KINBER to Foster Strategic Growth and Digital Equity

LITITZ, PA — Keystone Initiative for Network Based Education and Research (KINBER), a renowned non-profit organization committed to advancing digital equity and inclusion, has announced the appointment of Sharon Greelish Cody as its new Director of Advancement.

Cody brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles, including a stint as the Nonprofit Market Manager for Harbor Compliance, a leading provider of compliance solutions for charitable organizations. At Harbor Compliance, she was instrumental in identifying new opportunities and forging partnerships to bolster strategic growth. Prior to that, Cody served as the Director of Major Giving for WITF Public Media.

In her new role at KINBER, Cody will be responsible for guiding the organization’s resource advancement and development efforts, ensuring the success of KINBER’s varied fundraising programs and services.

Nathan Flood, President and CEO at KINBER, expressed his confidence in Cody’s ability to lead these efforts. “Sharon brings more than 18 years of experience in securing strategic partnerships and major-gifts funding to KINBER,” he said. “Her expertise and creative thinking will play a pivotal role in our ability to advance digital equity and inclusion in the commonwealth.”

Cody holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law. She is a resident of Lancaster and actively contributes to the community through her position on the board of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsman. She has also served the United Way of Lancaster and the Partnership for Public Health in the past.

This strategic appointment underscores KINBER’s commitment to advancing digital equity and inclusion across Pennsylvania. With Cody’s leadership and expertise, the organization is poised to make significant strides in its fundraising and development efforts, thereby supporting the growth and success of its programs and services.
