OAKS, PA — SEI® (NASDAQ: SEIC) has announced the expansion of Executive Vice President Sean Denham’s responsibilities, naming him Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer (CFO/COO). The move underscores SEI’s strategic commitment to fostering growth and aligning its operational model with long-term business objectives.
Building on his current duties as CFO, Denham will now oversee information technology, operations, and human resources. His new responsibilities encompass managing SEI’s daily global operations, including investment operations via SEI Private Trust Company, procurement, marketing, and talent strategies. Additionally, Denham will spearhead the company’s technology execution and ensure the seamless delivery of its technology platforms and applications.
CEO Ryan Hicke emphasized the significance of Denham’s expanded role, stating, “Our focus has been and will continue to be on our evolution to drive growth. Denham joined SEI in March 2024 and has already played a key role in streamlining the company’s financial and operational framework.
