OAKS, PA — SEI® (NASDAQ: SEIC) has announced the launch of three active exchange-traded funds (ETFs) designed to enhance its existing suite of large cap strategies. These new equity-based ETFs aim to provide investors with comprehensive building block solutions across core equity asset classes.
The SEI Select ETF series employs an integrated management strategy that merges SEI Investment Management Corporation’s quantitative-based, active stock portfolios with contributions from high-conviction, third-party sub-advisors. By investing in asset class-specific equity securities, these ETFs utilize an optimized mix of fundamental sub-advisor portfolios and SEI’s quantitative models. Each fund incorporates factors such as value, momentum, quality, and low volatility.
The newly launched ETFs include:
- SEI Select Small Cap ETF (NASDAQ: SEIS)
- SEI Select International Equity ETF (NASDAQ: SEIE)
- SEI Select Emerging Markets Equity ETF (NASDAQ: SEEM)
Jim Smigiel, SEI’s Chief Investment Officer and Head of the Investment Management Unit, emphasized the importance of these offerings, stating, “These ETFs are another set of tools in SEI’s growing lineup to meet investors’ diverse needs across asset classes and geographies. Through the powerful integration of our own internal capabilities with industry-leading sub-advisors, we believe this hybrid investment approach can help investors improve outcomes, reduce volatility, and enhance diversification.”
With this strategic expansion, SEI seeks to bolster investor portfolios by offering versatile options that address varying financial goals and risk appetites. The launch highlights SEI’s efforts to provide innovative investment solutions tailored to the evolving market landscape.
