NEWTOWN, PA — Profero has announced a major rebranding initiative aimed at redefining its identity and positioning the firm for future growth. The company, one of the last independently owned Access Marketing firms in the U.S., aims to bring a fresh perspective on Proferian values and purpose.
Profero’s nimble and specialized approach sets it apart in the industry. It is co-owned by Sheila Couch, CEO, and Dominic Lazzaro, Chief Business Officer. Both leaders have extensive experience with biopharmaceutical manufacturers, giving Profero a unique edge in addressing the needs and pressures faced by biopharma marketers.
Founded 19 years ago, Profero saw new leadership in 2018 when Couch and Lazzaro purchased the company and set a strategy for growth. They defined the firm’s business model, value proposition, and fostered a distinctive company culture.
“The Profero team worked diligently to build differentiated Access Marketing capabilities and a resilient team community. We’re obsessed with simplifying complex market access challenges, together. Yet the Profero brand image was a dated, inaccurate depiction of who we are today,” said Couch. “We’re ready for a new era – where our industry presence is an accurate reflection of the team’s talent and the value Profero brings to the clients we serve.”
The rebranding effort includes a vibrant new identity that reflects the company’s commitment to each other and to getting medication to patients in need. This transformation was led by David Lubofsky, Executive Creative Director, who joined the team recently. Lubofsky, a published author and former agency owner, brings significant experience in the biopharma industry.
The addition of Tony Marchetta as Director of Client Services further strengthens Profero’s position for business growth. With these strategic hires, Profero aims to better serve its clients and expand its reach.
“This isn’t just a logo change – it’s a transformation that celebrates our growth and vision for the future. We understand the responsibility that comes with this change and are committed to preserving our values and quality of work. We welcome new team members and clients to our growing community,” said Couch.
As Profero embarks on this new chapter, the company remains dedicated to its core mission of simplifying market access challenges and ensuring medications reach patients effectively. The rebranding effort symbolizes Profero’s evolution and readiness to tackle future challenges with renewed vigor.
