Power Home Remodeling

CHESTER, PA — Power Home Remodeling, a leading name in the remodeling industry, recently announced the promotion of two key figures within their Finance and Legal divisions. Dave Dambreville has been promoted to Principal Counsel and Dave Genet is now the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance.

Tim Wenhold, Power’s Chief Operating Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, and Partner, expressed his admiration for the two leaders, “In their tenure at Power, Dave and Dave have shown not only a high level of skill within their respective fields, but a fierce commitment to the growth and development of their teams. They are true leaders at their core, and we’re proud to recognize their accomplishments.”

Dave Dambreville joined Power in 2021 as Senior Legal Counsel. He quickly became instrumental in reshaping the company’s legal framework. Dambreville expanded Power’s legal department, initiated an annual legal internship program with Temple University, and diversified the company’s outside counsel to better align with Power’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. As the new Principal Counsel, Dambreville will continue to oversee the company’s legal affairs while further expanding the organization’s Legal division.

Dave Genet has been with Power for nearly five years, during which he served as the company’s Vice President of Corporate Finance. Genet transformed the culture of the department from being scorekeepers to active business partners. His efforts led to foundational changes such as expanding the Corporate Finance division by 25%, improving organizational structure, and doubling overall productivity. As the new Senior Vice President, Genet will oversee all Corporate Finance divisional teams including Controllership, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Tax and Payroll.
