CHESTER, PA — Power Home Remodeling has opened its newest office in Orlando, Florida, marking the 22nd location for the company across the United States. This expansion comes shortly after launching in Fort Lauderdale, strengthening Power’s presence in Florida with its third location in the state.
The Orlando office is strategically located at 6923 Lee Vista Boulevard, featuring a 29,745-square-foot facility, including a 10,309-square-foot warehouse. This new hub will serve homeowners from Ocala to Vero Beach, offering a range of products like windows, roofing, gutters, doors, and attic insulation. These products are designed to meet Florida’s specific safety requirements, catering to both impact and non-impact areas.
Power Home Remodeling has been active in the Florida market since 2017, beginning with its established Tampa territory. The company has refined its operations to better serve the state’s unique market needs. Leading the Orlando team are Vice Presidents Adi Kukuljac, Miguel Valentin IV, and TJ Capo.
Co-CEO Asher Raphael expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, saying, “We are incredibly excited to expand our Florida footprint and bring a new level of service and commitment to homeowners across Orlando.” The Orlando team benefits from the experience and training provided by Power’s Tampa and Fort Lauderdale offices, which have spent years understanding Florida’s market dynamics to enhance service quality.
