CHESTER, PA — Power Home Remodeling has announced its expansion into Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Las Vegas, Nevada. These new locations mark the company’s 20th and 21st offices in the United States.
In Fort Lauderdale, Power Home Remodeling has signed a 34,203 square-foot lease in Sawgrass Technology Park, which includes a warehouse space of 10,050 square feet. This is the company’s second Florida location, following its launch in Tampa in 2017. Homeowners in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties can look forward to offerings such as impact windows and hurricane-resistant roofing systems.
The Fort Lauderdale office will be led by Greg Wilson, Vice President of Customer Development; KC Kyle, Vice President of Sales; and Trevor Perryman, Vice President of Installation Services. The staff has undergone training with Power’s Tampa team, who have spent six years understanding the unique aspects of the Florida market.
The Las Vegas office marks Power Home Remodeling’s furthest west expansion. The company has secured leases for a main office and a warehouse, totaling over 45,000 square feet, located at 8912 Spanish Ridge Drive and 5365 S. Riley Street, respectively. The team will service homeowners in Clark County with plans to expand into surrounding areas. Products offered include windows, doors, roofing, and solar panels with a sleek, low-profile design.
Leadership in Las Vegas includes Jesse Asch, Vice President of Customer Development; Michael Nakashian, Vice President of Sales; and Michael Turner, Vice President of Project Services.
Co-CEO Asher Raphael highlighted the company’s focus on leadership development: “POWER has been investing in homegrown leadership development for the last two decades. This early, ongoing investment in our people has prepared us to continue expanding with leaders uniquely qualified to bring a new level of service and commitment to communities across the country.”
The Las Vegas office is also set to host future Dan Price Craftsmanship Academies, Power’s proprietary training program designed to address the trade skills gap. This initiative aims to create more career opportunities by training employees to become skilled installers, thereby improving services for customers and filling construction roles.
Power Home Remodeling’s latest expansions reflect its strategy of growing its footprint while enhancing service quality through focused leadership and workforce development.
