Philadelphia Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Suspects in Shootout Near MET Theater

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a group of suspects involved in a shootout that occurred in the early hours of March 6, 2024.

The incident took place at 801 N. Broad St, across from the MET Theater, at approximately 12:54 am. According to authorities, a large group of individuals were involved in the shooting. Investigators recovered 33 pieces of ballistic evidence from the crime scene.

Two men were hospitalized as a result of the incident. A 45-year-old man is currently listed in critical condition after sustaining a gunshot wound to his left eye. The second victim, a 42-year-old man, is in stable condition after being treated for a gunshot wound to his right thigh.

The Philadelphia Police Department has released a video depicting the suspects and is requesting public help to identify them. Authorities have advised the public not to approach these individuals if spotted, but to contact 911 immediately.
