PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group are seeking the public’s assistance in an alleged shooting incident that occurred on November 20, 2023. The incident reportedly took place on the 7900 block of Horrocks St, with a red Ford F150 pickup truck being of particular interest in the case.
A 19-year-old male alleges that he was shot once in the left hand during what appears to have been a road rage incident. The young man claims that the driver of a red Ford F150 fired through the driver’s side window of his vehicle.
The vehicle in question is described as a red 2016-2019 Ford F150 pickup truck, with a black tonneau cover, tinted side windows, a front vanity plate, and a white graphic on the rear window. The Pennsylvania license plate number remains unknown.
The Philadelphia Police Department urges citizens who may encounter this vehicle not to approach it but to contact 911 immediately. Information or tips can also be submitted by dialing 215.686.TIPS (8477) or texting a tip to the same number. The department assures that all tips will be treated confidentially.
