Philadelphia Man’s Fatal Shooting Deemed Self-Defense in Wilmington Domestic Incident

The victim of the incident, which took place in the 1100 block of Reed Street, has been identified as 36-year-old Samuel Teah from Philadelphia. The shooting happened around 1:49 p.m., and Teah, who suffered gunshot wounds, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Unfortunately, he later succumbed to his injuries.
