BROOMALL, PA — POW Enterprises, LLC and Fastest Legacy, LLC have been awarded a significant contract by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) to provide drug and alcohol testing services across the state. This achievement highlights the strength and effectiveness of their service model, which emphasizes speed, accuracy, and affordability.

Fastest Legacy, a certified women-owned business, operates franchises throughout Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester Counties. Partnering with POW Enterprises, they have demonstrated their capacity to deliver cutting-edge testing solutions, backed by a comprehensive network of sites and resources.

Chris Powell, owner of POW Enterprises, emphasized the transformative impact of their approach. “We are changing the workplace drug testing industry with our customer service model,” he remarked, noting the transition from outdated methods to a modern, efficient system that reduces wait times and enhances customer experience.

Under this new contract, POW Enterprises and Fastest Legacy will be eligible to bid on projects from various state agencies, including the Department of Corrections and the State Police. They’ll also be listed on the COSTARS platform, offering services to over 9,000 member agencies, including local nonprofits and government entities.

Danielle Peyakovich McNichol of Fastest Legacy praised the opportunities presented by the DGS and COSTARS programs. “We are thrilled to bring the Fastest Labs service model to Pennsylvania,” she stated, highlighting the chance for small, diverse businesses to compete effectively.
