BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced paving operations slated for next week in Bucks County.

From Monday, August 12, through Friday, August 16, lane closures will be implemented on two major roads in Middletown Township. These closures will occur daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The first affected area is Route 213 (Maple Avenue/Old Lincoln Highway) between Wheeler Way and Woodbourne Road. The second closure will take place on Highland Avenue between Avenue F and Hulmeville Road.

Motorists should anticipate delays and are advised to allow extra travel time when navigating through the work zones. All activities are contingent on favorable weather conditions.

Highway Materials, Inc. of Flourtown, Montgomery County is the general contractor for this project. The initiative is funded entirely by state resources, ensuring that the infrastructure improvements are efficiently executed.

PennDOT urges drivers to exercise caution and patience while traveling through these areas, as the paving efforts aim to enhance road safety and driving conditions.
