Blueprint Benefit Advisors, based in Hamden, CT, is a leading agency offering employee benefits solutions, human resource support, benefits technology, and compliance services. The agency employs more than 25 professional advisors and is led by industry veterans Greg Coyne, Joseph Bucci, Michael Coppola, and Matt Luciani. Known for its highly consultative approach, Blueprint excels at designing unique programs and providing top-notch client service throughout the implementation and oversight process.
