Office Practicum Partners with Insight Health to Enhance Pediatric Care with AI

Office Practicum

FORT WASHINGTON, PAOffice Practicum has announced a collaboration with Insight Health to integrate advanced artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into pediatric practices across the country. The partnership leverages Office Practicum’s expertise in pediatrics and its extensive pediatric data set with Insight Health’s AI technology to streamline clinical workflows and reduce documentation burdens, enabling pediatricians to dedicate more time to patient care.

The centerpiece of this collaboration is Opie AI™, an AI-powered tool designed to simplify documentation while maintaining clinical accuracy. Pediatricians can onboard the system within minutes to immediately save time, whether to see more patients or enjoy increased personal flexibility. “This isn’t just about saving time,” explained Gretch Ellis, Chief Product Officer at Office Practicum. “It’s about making daily practice more rewarding and less stressful for pediatricians.”

Initially, Opie AI™ will assist with clinical notes, saving time during every patient visit. Over time, it will expand its capabilities to include decision support and automated workflows, such as generating orders, managing prescriptions, and handling tasks, further improving efficiency. “Our goal is to allow pediatricians to focus on what matters most — delivering extraordinary care to children,” said Dr. Dan Feiten, Chief Medical Officer at Office Practicum.

The partnership addresses pressing challenges in pediatric care, including complex documentation requirements and rising financial pressures. Dr. Eric Stecker, Co-Chief Medical Officer at Insight Health, emphasized the tailored nature of the solution, stating, “We’re helping providers reclaim their time while enhancing the care and experience of children and their families.”

By seamlessly integrating with tools pediatricians already trust, this AI-driven approach aligns with existing workflows, offering a user-friendly experience. Insight Health CEO Jaimal Soni noted, “Technology should align with clinicians’ existing workflows, not disrupt them.”
