PHILADELPHIA, PA — Odessa has been named to the Inc. 5000 list for the fifth year in a row, recognizing it as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies. This achievement places Odessa among the top 4% of companies to make the list multiple times and highlights its sustained growth.
Odessa is not slowing down. The company aims to expand internationally, enhance its auto finance services, and support the asset finance industry’s shift to as-a-service models. These strategies are set to fuel further growth.
“Odessa’s consistent growth is a testament to the profound investments we’ve made in our team and technology,” said Eric Bernstein, CEO. “But we’re just getting started. By expanding our offerings to the auto sector, increasing our international footprint, and pioneering equipment finance’s as-a-service offerings, we will help our customers unlock their next phases of growth, which will enable the same for us.”
In April, Odessa introduced Odessa Auto, a new platform for the auto finance industry, led by Executive VP Bob Johnson. This platform is the first part of a comprehensive auto finance suite.
Odessa is also enhancing its software to support flexible financing solutions like pay-per-use. This approach aligns with broader economic trends favoring service-based models.
To support international growth, Odessa appointed Nate Montgomery as Chief Revenue Officer. Montgomery, with experience in global sales, will lead the company’s expansion efforts, including a new office in Belgrade, Serbia.
Odessa’s continued recognition and strategic initiatives position it for ongoing success in the dynamic financial technology landscape.
