LANCASTER, PA — Nola Blue Records has signed the Alexis P. Suter Band, a dynamic five-piece ensemble that blends Blues, Soul, and Rock music. Alexis P. Suter, a three-time Blues Music Award nominee, leads the band with her powerful voice, ranging from passionate lows to explosive highs. The band includes Jimmy Bennett, drummer Ray Grappone, bassist Peter Bennett, and vocalist Vicki Bell.
The Alexis P. Suter Band began their career as regular performers at Levon Helm’s Midnight Rambles in Woodstock, NY. They have been creating music together for nearly two decades. Now, at a transformative time, the band is exploring new musical ideas, fusing genres to create fresh sounds. Producer Byron Isaacs, known for his work with the Lumineers and Levon Helm Band, is leading the production of their new album, set for release in 2025. Ahead of the album, the single “4 Wheels Beats 2 Heels” will be released on August 16. The band will celebrate this release with a performance at the Philly Folk Festival that evening.
