DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has slated nighttime line striping on Interstate 95 in Delaware County, prompting an alert for drivers.

From today, June 30, through Tuesday, July 2, from 7 PM to 5 AM, travelers on northbound and southbound I-95 between the Route 452 (Exit 2) and I-476 (Exit 7) interchanges should anticipate periodic lane closures.

Motorists are encouraged to budget extra travel time due to expected significant backups and delays. This maintenance effort is part of PennDOT’s ongoing road safety and improvement projects.
