The PRISM Award is bestowed by National Mortgage Professional on lenders that demonstrate a deep commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the mortgage industry—a sector where only 8% of brokers identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, according to a 2022 Zippia® report. Newrez’s recognition by NMP shines a light on its comprehensive support for LGBTQ+ employees, evidenced through inclusive health benefits and an active Employee Resource Group (ERG).
