Jeffrey Armbrister brings over 25 years of experience in transaction-based investing and operational management. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Hamilton Lane, a global private markets investment management firm. Armbrister’s extensive background includes roles in private equity, venture capital, corporate development, and investment banking, as well as board memberships for several charitable organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Lindy Benton-Moreno, recognized for her leadership in healthcare IT over a 30-year career, is known for advancing technology and inspiring leaders. As an Executive Board Chair of Vyne, she spearheaded the growth of a small dental company by establishing a thriving medical division. Benton-Moreno, who holds a Master of Science degree from Florida State University, has been recognized as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT” by Health Data Management and included in Becker’s “Women Power Players Health IT” list. She has also made significant contributions in education and scholarship programs.
Connie Collingsworth, with expertise in governance, risk management, executive compensation, and complex investments, has held board roles across publicly traded companies, private companies, and private equity funds. Collingsworth served as the former Chief Operating Officer of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, managing and scaling the foundation’s business operations globally during her 22-year tenure. She holds a Master of Laws in International Business Studies from the University of Exeter, England, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska, and a Bachelor of Arts from Andrews University.
