Effective July 1, 2024, Welch Stubbing will succeed Eileen R. Heisman, who has been at the helm of NPT since 1998 and is set to retire.

Welch Stubbing brings to NPT a wealth of experience from the philanthropic sector, distinguished by her recent role as President and CEO of E4E Relief. Under her leadership, E4E Relief has delivered over $260 million in emergency financial grants across 120 countries since 2020, providing crucial support to individuals facing dire circumstances. Her tenure at Foundation for the Carolinas further showcases her capability in scaling philanthropic efforts, where she was instrumental in growing the organization’s charitable assets substantially.
