MORGANTOWN, PA — Morgan Truck Body, LLC, a leading manufacturer of light- and medium-duty truck bodies, has announced the recent acquisition of Canadian firm Transit Truck Bodies Inc. The move enhances Morgan’s manufacturing capabilities and expands its North American presence, increasing the total number of the company’s manufacturing facilities to 14.

Transit Truck Bodies, based in Laval, Quebec, is a well-established player in the truck body manufacturing industry. It brings over forty-five years of experience to the table, along with expertise in customer service, strengthening Morgan’s commitment to providing innovative truck body solutions to its customers across North America.

Transit Truck Bodies, founded in 1978, has carved out a niche for itself in the industry with its award-winning product line that includes cutaway, dry freight, refrigerated, and tailor-made solutions. The company, led by President Louis Leclair, is headquartered in a 120,000+ square foot manufacturing facility in Laval.
