GLENN MILLS, PA — This Halloween, lace up your running shoes, don your favorite costume, and get ready to dash for a cause at the family-friendly Monster Dash 5K at The Bates Motel! This thrilling event is scheduled for October 28th, 2023, kicking off at 9:00 AM, with registration starting bright and early at 7:30 a.m.
The Monster Dash 5K promises to be a morning full of fun, fitness, and festive spirit, inviting families to run or walk through the picturesque multi-surface cross-country course that winds its way around the beautiful Arasapha Farms and The Bates Motel Hayride. Participants can look forward to a delightful mix of exercise, community spirit, and Halloween excitement!
As an added bonus, participants will receive a commemorative Monster Dash 5K shirt and a chipped race bib. The top three divisional winners within each age group will be awarded medals, while the overall first, second, and third-place male and female winners will receive gift cards to Bryn Mawr Running Store.
But the fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! After the 5K, participants can explore the harvest fun offered by Arasapha Farms from 10:00 a.m. onwards. It’s a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the season, enjoy the outdoors, and make lasting memories with family and friends.
