RADNOR, PATriumph Group, Inc. (NYSE: TGI) has announced the election of Mark C. Cherry to its Board of Directors. His appointment brings a wealth of experience in the aerospace sector, adding to the board’s depth of expertise.

Currently, Cherry serves as the CEO of Align Precision Group, a company known for producing precision components for industries like aerospace and defense. His career includes notable roles at Boeing, where he led the Vertical Lift division and Phantom Works, and as President and COO at Aurora Flight Sciences. Cherry’s professional journey also includes positions at Sikorsky Aircraft, Teradyne, and the Boston Consulting Group. His academic credentials are equally impressive, with degrees from the United States Air Force Academy, the Air Force Institute of Technology, and Stanford University.

Daniel J. Crowley, Triumph’s CEO, praised Cherry’s appointment, stating, “Mark will be an exceptional addition to an already strong TRIUMPH Board.
