ELVERSON, PA — A local man was arrested and charged with several offenses following an incident that took place at a Sonic drive-thru in Caernarvon Township last October.

On October 16, 2023, the Caernarvon Township Police were alerted to an incident at the fast-food establishment where it was alleged that a customer intentionally exposed himself to an employee working at the drive-thru window. The location of the incident was given as 850 Crossings Boulevard, Elverson, PA.

Following an investigation, the subject was identified as 31-year-old Michael Morris. Mr. Morris was subsequently arrested on December 4, 2023, and now faces a series of charges. These include corruption of minors with the defendant aged 18 or above, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct.

Details about the incident, including the age of the Sonic employee involved and the circumstances leading up to the alleged exposure, remain undisclosed at this time.

It is important to note that these charges are allegations and that Mr. Morris, like all accused individuals, is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. An arrest or a criminal complaint does not constitute a declaration of guilt.
