Leaders Gather for 2024 Leadercast Super Teams Event at Cecil College

ELKTON, MD – On Friday, September 27, Cecil College‘s Elkton Station will host the 2024 Leadercast Super Teams I and II broadcast, an event dedicated to empowering leaders with strategies for building effective and collaborative teams. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., attendees will engage with industry experts and gain insights into successful team dynamics.

The event opens with Super Teams I, featuring a panel discussion with notable leaders such as Tyson Betts, Design VP at Proctor & Gamble, and Kirsten Moorefield, COO of Cloverleaf. Joining them are Ray Attiyah, an entrepreneur and author, and Steve Browne, Chief People Officer at LaRosa’s Family Pizzeria. These professionals will share strategies and experiences that enhance team performance and engagement.

Dynamic keynotes will follow, presented by Julie Bauke of The Bauke Group, Ryan Hawk of The Learning Leader Show, and Paaras Parker from Paycor Corp. Their talks will focus on principles for fostering dynamic relationships and boosting productivity within teams.

After a catered lunch, which offers networking opportunities, Super Teams II will commence. Julie Bauke will further explore “Lead Yourself,” guiding participants through self-leadership techniques. Jon Sanchez, a former Navy SEAL and CEO of Team Performance Institute, will introduce his R.E.A.L. Leadership framework, emphasizing resilience, adaptability, and legacy-building.
