BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced planned lane closures in Bucks County next week for stormwater improvements and paving operations.
From Monday, August 19, through Friday, August 23, lane closures will be in effect from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the following locations:
- Route 213 (Maple Avenue/Old Lincoln Highway) between S. Bucks Town Road and Wheeler Way in Middletown Township for paving and road repair.
- Highland Avenue between Avenue F and Hulmeville Road in Middletown Township for paving.
- County Line Road between Princeton Road and Route 232 (Second Street Pike/Huntington Pike) in Upper Southampton and Lower Moreland for stormwater replacement.
Motorists should anticipate backups and delays and are advised to allow extra travel time through these work areas. The schedule is weather dependent.
Highway Materials, Inc. of Flourtown, Montgomery County, is the general contractor for this project, which is financed entirely with state funds.
