Lane Closures Scheduled for Trail Construction on Ellis Road

MIDDLETOWN TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced plans for trail construction on Ellis Road in Middletown Township, Bucks County, as part of a local safety improvement project.

From Monday, April 7, through Wednesday, April 30, lane closures will be in effect on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The impacted stretch of Ellis Road is located between Fulling Mill Road and Woodbourne Road, where tree clearing operations will take place.

Traffic will be managed with flagging during the closures, and motorists are advised to expect delays. PennDOT recommends allowing extra travel time when passing through the area.
