Lane Closure on I-95 for ITS Repairs in Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has scheduled Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) repairs on southbound Interstate 95 in Northeast Philadelphia. The maintenance will occur from Monday, August 26, to Friday, August 30, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

During this period, the right lane on southbound I-95 will be closed between the Academy Road and Betsy Ross Bridge interchanges. Drivers should prepare for potential delays and plan for additional travel time. This work is dependent on favorable weather conditions.
