LANCASTER, PA — The Lancaster County Drug Task Force (LCDTF) apprehended a man and woman from Lancaster city following a search that unveiled a substantial amount of methamphetamine among other drugs. Wendy Bouder, 43, and Michael Henry, 37, now face multiple charges related to drug possession and intent to distribute.
The operation, which culminated on March 25, 2024, was the result of an investigation that began in February when authorities targeted Bouder for her alleged involvement in methamphetamine sales. Through several undercover operations and informant-led purchases, law enforcement gathered the evidence needed to execute a search warrant at the duo’s Campbell Ave residence.
Upon searching the premises with assistance from the Pennsylvania State Police, officials seized 226 grams of methamphetamine, 245 grams of marijuana, 69 oxycodone pills, 4 MDMA pills, and 9 grams of psilocybin mushrooms. Also found were two digital gram scales, various packaging materials, and $1,487 in cash, indicating the scope of their alleged narcotics operations.
Both Bouder and Henry have been charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, oxycodone, MDMA, psilocybin mushrooms, and marijuana, in addition to possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of criminal conspiracy.
Following their arrest, Bouder was placed on $60,000 monetary bail and Henry on $75,000, each determined by Magisterial District Judge Jodie Richardson. As the legal process unfolds, it is crucial to remember that these charges are allegations, and like all individuals accused of a crime, Bouder and Henry are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
This arrest marks a significant victory for local authorities in their ongoing efforts to combat drug distribution within the community. As this case progresses, it will undoubtedly be closely watched by the public.
