PHILADELPHIA, PA — Kang Haggerty LLC has strengthened its team by welcoming three attorneys from the Ferrara Law Group, a Marlton, NJ-based firm. Founding partners Ralph Ferrara and Aaron Peskin, along with associate Joshua Hirshey, bring decades of experience and deep expertise to Kang Haggerty’s growing practice.
“We are thrilled to welcome Ralph, Aaron, and Josh to the firm,” said Edward T. Kang, Managing Member of Kang Haggerty. “Their impressive track record and shared commitment to excellence align perfectly with our firm’s values. Together, we will continue to deliver the highest quality of legal services to our clients, fostering growth and success.”
Ralph Ferrara specializes in general litigation, with an emphasis on construction and complex commercial cases. His extensive trial experience spans more than 200 trials, hearings, and arbitrations. Before founding Ferrara Law Group, Ferrara held leadership roles at major firms, including Flaster Greenberg and Wolf Block, where he led construction and litigation teams.
“It is exciting to be joining an established and growing law firm in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey market. With access to expanded resources and practice groups, we can better serve our clients,” Ferrara said.
Aaron Peskin brings expertise in commercial litigation, consumer rights class actions, telecommunications, product liability, and employment law. Notably, he has built a niche practice advising breweries in the Philadelphia and South Jersey regions. Peskin’s employment law work spans agreements, litigation, and federal/state compliance.
Joshua Hirshey began his career clerking for former Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Russell M. Nigro before gaining experience at DLA Piper and serving as in-house counsel for multiple businesses. He focuses on manufacturing, construction, and trucking law alongside corporate litigation.
The addition of Ferrara Law Group attorneys expands Kang Haggerty’s team to 21 lawyers across its Philadelphia and Marlton offices, further solidifying its footprint in the region since its founding in 2013.
