Nicholson will lead the company’s newly established office in Melbourne, Australia, marking a significant step towards expanding its presence.
Nicholson brings a wealth of experience to the role, having led a plethora of projects throughout his illustrious career. These span the design and construction of a wide array of life science facilities, including research labs and large-scale manufacturing plants specializing in Cell and Gene Therapies.
Prior to joining IPS, Nicholson held leadership roles across the Asia-Pacific region, with stints in Singapore, Shanghai, and Melbourne. His portfolio includes work with some of the biggest names in the pharmaceutical industry, such as Sanofi, Bayer, GSK, NovoNordisk, and AstraZeneca. This experience has equipped Nicholson with an extensive professional network and a deep understanding of the region’s dynamics.
