With over 900 members, ETSI provides an open, inclusive, and collaborative environment that facilitates the timely development, ratification, and testing of globally applicable standards for wireless systems, applications, and services.

In his new role on the ETSI Board, Dr. Mourad will be instrumental in overseeing the work program, approving missions for technical committees, projects, and coordination groups, as well as endorsing the appointment of technical committee chairs.
