WILMINGTON, DE — InterDigital, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDCC) announced this week that it has signed a new license agreement with Google. The deal covers a range of Google’s consumer electronics, including Pixel smartphones and Fitbit wearables.
The agreement grants Google access to InterDigital’s patented technologies in cellular wireless, Wi-Fi, and HEVC video. These are crucial for the functionality and performance of modern consumer devices.
